At Corecrafted, we stand behind the quality and reliability of every system we build. Each Corecrafted gaming PC is professionally assembled, tested, and inspected to ensure it meets our performance and quality standards before shipment.

All Corecrafted systems include a 1-Year Limited Hardware Warranty.

1-Year Limited Hardware Warranty

Your Corecrafted PC is covered for one year from the date of delivery against hardware defects related to the original components and assembly.

If a covered hardware issue occurs during the warranty period, Corecrafted will work with you to diagnose the problem and provide repair or replacement options when applicable.

What the Warranty Covers

The Corecrafted warranty covers:

• Hardware defects from original components
• Issues related to the system assembly
• Component failure under normal operating conditions
• Manufacturer defects affecting system performance

If a covered component fails during the warranty period, it may be repaired or replaced with an equivalent component.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover:

• Physical damage caused by the user
• Damage caused by improper use, misuse, or neglect
• Liquid damage
• Damage caused by power surges or improper electrical supply
• Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or upgrades
• Software issues, viruses, or operating system corruption
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

In many cases, issues can be resolved quickly without requiring the system to be returned.
